Very pleasant experience. Crew worked very clean and yard was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. Excellent job. Even did a little extra on a bay window overhang they did not include in quote at no extra charge.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I felt like the roofers wasn't giving my roof their number 1 attention. Meaning they showed up late in the evenings each day trying rushing to get the roof done before dark. I believe it was because they were workin all day on another job and just trying to get mine done after hours. I ask them to install a couple of drip rails and they installed one but not both. On one side of the roof the over hang is trimmed up at an angle causing the roof to appear longer at the top than at the bottom. I guess my biggest disappointment was the overall quality that I got for my money.

We goofed on this one. It was for a new garage not a house which is a much smaller project than we normally do. We ran short of shingles on Friday afternoon and could not get replacement shingles until the following Tuesday. The drip rails were not within our scope of supply and these were done as a courtesy to our customer. 02/06/12 This crew is no longer employed by JP Solutions and we now have a full time employee to provide job-site supervision.
