Mr. Jacobs was very courtious, did the job in a timely manner and even looked at another project as a free consult. His price was the most reasonable that I have seen in a long time and his knowledge of the needed repair was excellent. He not only fixed the leaking pipes that had frozen, he installed heat tape to prevent future damage. It is difficult to find someone that will work on a manufactured home.
