Project: Remodel a Kitchen

My overall review of Norman’s work on our Kitchen Remodel project is very good. I was very pleased with his professionalism and cleanliness. There were some aspects of the job that came as a surprise to me, however – I was hoping that when I was told that they would re-insulate the outer walls that I wouldn’t have to be the one to purchase and install the installation myself. I was also surprised to get charged $80/hr on some extra work (agreed upon) when the written contract had the highest rate at $55/hr. Also, the detailing to the cabinets (though beautiful) were not added as expected, which was a big disappointment.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen

I am very satisfy with the work that Norman and his crews have delivered. He was on point with most of his promises, although the project takes a little longer than expected but worth the wait, since we made some changes along the way. When you are doing a custom kitchen, I would suggest that one allows approx. 1 week post project end date. Thanks
