My inspector was incredibly thourough, sincere, and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk us through the inspection (as first time home buyers) and educate us on how to care for the home once it is ours. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I worked with John from long distance on behalf of a dear friend in the Des Moines area. We was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He spent considerable time on the phone explaining to me what he was going to do then followed up with detailed explanations of the lab reports and the implications of his findings. I was very satisfied and very pleased with his service and his compassionate attitude toward my friend's situation.
