My well pump stopped working, and JP contacted me about a minute after I submitted my Service Magic request late Friday night. He showed up bright and early the next morning with his son. They were fast and thorough, and together, they did an excellent job.

I needed to get my hot water heater fixed asap before guests arrived for the weekend. JP worked to get us on to their schedule, arrived promptly and did good, thorough job. The technician on the call did a great job of explaining the problem to me. These guys were a big help in a last-minute situation and did a great job.
