John was very helpful. Had different ideas to help me figure out what was wrong with my furnace. His details helped with the walk through. Had me do several different things to see if it was the cause of my furnace not staying on. When I called back he answered his phone, and when i didn't call him back he called me to make sure everything was alright. Well the furnace is running and I'm happy about that. So I put John on speed dail in case I have any further furnace issues. Thanks again John for your time...

I contacted John to schedule a repair call and he was busy but he took the time to walk me through how to check the issue myself. By John doing this is saving me a couple hundred dollars and I ordered the part online. Part turned out to be $20. Because of this I would recommend John to anyone. Never have I called for a repair service and they decide to walk me through a determination. Excellent Service

John Farrell was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond designing and discussing options for our complete A/C installation. We have an older home and John worked closely with us to design and install the best system possible. During installation John and his men were Clean, respectful and worked around our schedule. The system works great and the craftsmanship is top notch! I would recommend J P Farrell to anyone.

John spent lot of his precious time in determining whether my furnace can be certified to handle additional heat in the basement. He did Manual J calculation and it turned out that the furnace I have in the basement is enough to handle the additional volume of heat. I would definitely recommend him for any HVAC needs.

Thorough, informative and honest. I live in a condo community and I will be informing all the other homeowners of the need to have their dryer vents checked and cleaned by JP Farrell HVAC.
