As you can see by other review we dont' roll this way! These customers fail to recognize we went out of our way to even meeting them on a sunday to accomodate the husbands schedule. They were upset by the price because they originally gave a incorrect sq ft amount over the phone for a price and when we measured it was 200 more feet so of course it raised the price. We went over and above on communication and phone calls he is a psychologist so we were limeted to try to connect with him in between 15 minute breaks his patients all day. Oh well can't make everyone happy but we sure try!

Very friendly, professional folks. Very reasonable prices, the job was done in exactly the time quoted and was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for finished concrete!

The were friendly and professional from the start. They diagnosed the problem via email as well as an in-person visit. The completed the job over the two days promised and did a great job. They repaired the damage that my first contractor created and changed the patio to a better color than I originally had. I am very happy with the outcome and have already recommended two people to them.

Laura and Jim were great! They were professional, thoughtful and the work they did transformed my yard to beautiful! I would definitely recommend them.

JP concrete to re painted my drive way & backyard concrete. At first, the experience was great. (good execution etc) then the nightmare started. After a few weeks, the paint starts getting off under chairs, wheels etc. I've contacted them & they came anto redo the work proactivelly (vernish issue as they said). The issue started again despite promises. Now the drive way is a disaster, paint is getting out each time a car is standing on it for a few days and this company is even not answering my mails arguing that the issue is my drive way (noi issue before theytouched it) . I would clearly NOT reccomend them as they did a so poor job.

As you can see from our other reviews we are polite,professinal courteous and honest. This customer refused to accept the fact that his driveway substate is failing and there is nothing we can do about but it as stated in our contract. Everyone of his e-mail was answered quickly and he is no being truthful also we do not use paint as it was explained to him we use a high quality stain and sealer. He didn't follow our direction of care and drug his patio furniture with metal on the bottom across the newly stained area after being told clearly verbally also in writting over and over not too!! And we fixed it for free.

Laura and Jim were an incredible help all the way through the process. They obviously know what they're doing with concrete, and I would recommend them to anyone interested. I already have friends, neighbors, and other contractors asking for their information.
