Tom and his team did a great job in coming out and reviewing my old leaking boiler and gave me options and pricing for installing a new one. We went with the Energy Kinetics System 2000 which was a little higer in price but had better overall efficiency and will save $$$.
Since my old boiler was leaking in the middle of a frigid January he came back in a few days and installed they system in 2 days. Very happy with Tom Brady the owner and the work that he and his team did when they were here. Now back to a warm house with a new efficient boiler. I would recommend Tom (owner) to anyone. He will also be doing an annual check ups.

Job took a while because a piece of the shower head broak off in the pipe, but your guy stuck with it, fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied.

Called ahead of time for appointment.
Did a good job of fixing leaky faucet.
Quoted initially $49 for diagnostic visit to be subtracted from repair bill, totalling $211. he did not do that, and I find that dishonest. that is the reason I will not use him or recommend him to others...

I had an emergency with the fixture not able to shut off hot water from the bath tub on a weekend night. I called Tom and he came right out to the house and fixed the issue immediately. Tom was polite and professional. I will be calling with some future projects for the house. I highly recommend him. -- Ian

I put in my request, clicked 'submit', and the phone rang immediately. It was Tom Brady!! He was willing to come over immediately, and it was after 7:00 on Saturday night! We told him it could wait 'till the morning, so he came over on Sunday morning, and gave up an option: He could do the job immediately or wait until Monday morning. He explained the price difference between Sunday & Monday, and even though the difference was substantial, we chose Sunday, or immediately. He started a few hours later, worked on our problem all day, and finished up by around 7:00 on Sunday night. I would never have imagined such quick service and efficiency.

Were able to accomodate a weekend appointmen. Knowledgeable and courteous. Fair pricing. Unfortunately, I had several leaks and they only fixed one, so they had to come out a second time to fix the other leak.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
I recently decided to replace a 20 yr old water heater. I used service magic to find John Elmi Plumbing. Tom was quick to respond and give a quote. He gave a good price. He was able to accomodate a tight schedule I had, and installed within a few days of our initial call. He used a Bradford White 40 gallon. Tom had one of his employees perform the install. Let me say, it was fantastic. The guy was extremely nice, he answered all questions I had, and he did a great install, very detailed. I think it took about 3 hrs. He was very thorough, and careful, not a scratch on any wall or floor. I highly recommend!
