Project: Repair Landscape Lighting or Outdoor Lighting
Thought the rate was too high. Company charged me $75 for an hour of labor, yet work only took 30 minutes to complete. Also, charged me a $39 trip fee. On a positive note, the turn around time was very quick.

Wasted time on the phone with Servicemagic person who cut me off before I ever got to speak to the electrician. Took 2 more calls before I got a time that they would come and do the work. Then they were a half hour late.

Paul and JOCO wireworks were awesome in customer service and professionalism. There was a slight mis-communication about what product I'd requested, but other than that, Paul and his staff were good to go.

They were AWESOME! I would not hesitate for 1 second to use again or recommend. Paul called right away and scheduled a time to look at our project that same day. He was able to do our project within our budget. Once we scheduled the job, 2 of his employees came out and were AMAZING! They were on time, professional, courteous, & patient (we have 2 young children & 2 big dogs). They did a walk through before and after the job. Explained all the work that was done. The best part was the vacuumed the carpet and swept garage. I will point out we had a bunch of random stuff done. My wife and I absolutely love what they were able to accomplish.

Punctual, friendly and finished the job when they promised. Cleaned up after themselves and gave instructions re: their work and my new ceiling fan etc. Also fixed a switch complementary. One small detail regarding the outside of my house and not requiring my presence---was supposed to be fixed later that same day but wasn't done until days later. I was surprised to hear a drill outside my front door --but was relieved to see it was the same guys exchanging the temporary cover for a vent in the soffit.
