j martin co. was a fairly good co. raised the price when they saw what the insurance adjuster alloted for the roof. thought that was a kind of a rip off. put on a new roof desighn so can't really how that works yet.

We have no idea what Mr. P is talking about. Frankly, we did the roof for "Below" the full insurance adjusted totaled amount, per code and to his full satisfaction. There were no amounts raised. In fact the man got a $5,300.00 ins. adjustment and we did the job for $5,000.00 even (and upgaded his roof). Its ashame we get a 3 star for such a good project. I will plan to dispute the above rating and hope there is understanding with service magic, that there are some people you just can't please. Thanks, James

I would definitely recommend J Martin Company to anyone. All of workers were very professional and did an outstanding job.The tile work in my shower is absolutely awesome. We couldn't be any happier with this addition. All I can say is that I am so thankful that we chose the J Martin Co. for our addition new walk in closet and new bathroom. We are thrilled and you would be too!

James was not the lowest price but had the easiest to understand proposal and was reliable in the execution of the plan. Our kitchen remodel is almost complete and would have rated as 5 star if not for some of his subs.

Project: Build an Addition

James Martin, along with his forman, Kevin, were both professional and hard working. The heavy rains this past Fall delayed the construction somewhat, but the job was finished in a timely and efficient manner. Whatever problems arose were dealt with immediately. The finished product (a new bathroom) is beautiful, and I will hire J. Martin Company next time I need any kind of remodeling or construction work.
