Fantastic work on my house ! We had 5 different contractors competitively bid my job for Drywall / Stucco Repair + Ceiling Scraping + Interior Painting, and JMS Construction Services (Mr. Julio Sanchez) offered the best value & schedule for the scope of work. The team carefully masked the work areas, covered & protected furniture & fixtures (including our grand piano & chandeliers), worked safely & cleaned up afterward, and were very professional. The job came in on time, and we are delighted with the results! We would definitely recommend JMS, and would hire JMS again for future work, as they take pride in delivering excellence.

Hired JMS to paint interior on both our rental property as well as a forclosure property we purchased for our home. They gave us a reasonable price, and completed the job in the time frame we needed which was pretty tight. The only issue I found was with clean up - I found paint spots on areas of the floors and in our bathtub in our new home which was a little disappointing. I didn't notice this while Jose was there otherwise I'm sure he would have taken care of that right away. He was very responsive and helpful, and took care of hanging the new lights we purchase for our home which was greatly appreciated! Woulld definitely hire again!

This was one of my most pleasant experiences in working with a contractor. The crew was on time and on budget, and the work was wonderful. My house is now the best looking one on the block.
