They provided a very reasonable quote and were in constant contact with me during the project. They clearly answered any questions I had and adjusted things based on my input. The project is not yet finished but I'm very pleased at this time.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Of all estimates we received, J.M. Leone Heating and Cooling, hands-down, provided the best value. The deciding factor for our choosing J.M. Leone for our project was that Bill never once tried to up-sell us AND he was the only contractor who politely followed-up with us through email and voicemail. The project took most of the day on a Saturday but they were neat and barely knew they were there. HIGHLY recommend this company for HVAC projects.

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
They were immediately responsive to the referral, their designs for the work made the most sense to me out of the possible referrals, they explained the work as they went along, were able to complete the work within our time schedule, were very friendly and helpful throughout. They both added new piping & shut-off valve for the range, also re-did piping and hooked up sink, faucet, dishwasher and range.

I submitted budgeting request for a water heater replacement. I submitted budgeting request for a water heater replacement. Received call from J.M. Leone right away, he scheduled appointment for next day and then arrived promptly. He answered all questions about my request, and explained all available options. His estimate of the job was in a range of other pros pricing.

Bill and Sean did a great job with installing my kitchen range hood and associated ducting. The quality of work was really good. They were very professional and courteous.
