With all the projects I had this spring, this was the smoothest. I couldn"t get over how quickly and efficiently they completed the job. Kudos to the owner--he will go far.

JMK was great. I had a difficult scenario of an extreme hill that was very steep and out of control. They had solutions that worked great and it looks great. I added additional projects after they finished the hill. The before and after was huge. They worked within my budget. Can't beat a team with great ideas and execution was fast and complete. James you the man!!! Only landscaper that didn't fear the hill.

The JMK team was able to complete the project even though we had heavy rain over the course of the week and was also able to do a project for a neighbor across the street.

James is a remarkable business man and contractor. He quickly identified the drainage problem we had, and had several recommendations for us to consider. With my heavy travel schedule and pregnant wife, he understood our urgency. He had this entire job completed, along with some fence repair work done in 24 hours of our meeting. James gave me two ways for him to bid the project, (1) Project Bid or (2) Time and material. I was som comfortable with James, that I chose Time and material, as I knew he was totally trustworth. We have had two major rain storms since James completed the work, and we are happy to report, NO Leaks.

Somehow I was not able to make the star system work initially. However, JMK Landscape is a five-star enterprise. They will return in the fall to finish the work, and I am sure it will be beautiful. I look forward to what we plant on a very steep hill that was once covered in thistle, poison ivy etc. I absolutely recommend them.
