Project: Install Interior Foundation Drains or Sump Pump
Jim provided prompt estimate and was even early to start the job of removing the old and installing the new sump pump and back up system. I appreciated his kindness and invitation to become involved in the project such that I could feel confident with the work once he left. There was a minor broken part on the level switch when he removed the equipment from the packaging, which instead of trying to fix, he immediately returned the equipment to insure 100% guarantee. I would hire Jim again!

Not happy with scratched floor and he didn't seem to have a very good plan for draining or getting old one out of house.

Called me back immediately and came out very quickly. Did required work and some extras that I had. Was not able to fix one outside outlet but he tried. It would have required a bit of expense and he was very honest about that and it is a leak that only occurs when using an outdoor hose. I thought he charged too much for a part but his work was very good.
