My services include; design (new builds, renovations, & additions), drafting, existing conditions documentation, blueprint to CAD conversions, 3D conceptual renderings, photography, CAD & file management consultation. My clientele includes; homeowners looking to build new, renovate, &/or add to their existing home; contractors/builders looking for drafting services for permitting, as well as design consultation; & aiding architects by picking up some of the busy work, aiding current staff to keep them focused & on target for their deadlines.
