Rating: Project: Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install I chose JL Tile because he had a fair price and he seemed like a decent guy.  I came to realize that I should have went with someone else.  I also had a service man coming out to my… Read Complete Rating I chose JL Tile because he had a fair price and he seemed like a decent guy.  I came to realize that I should have went with someone else.  I also had a service man coming out to my home to fix my washing machine and Jim told him he wasn't to come in cause they were doing the floors.  I told Jim the day before what was going on, but I guess he forgot.  He used my garage to cut the flooring which was fine but he didn't prep the area, all of my stuff got filthy.  I had to go out and buy plastic to put over my stuff.  He did not clean up after he was done, and he used our tools without even asking.  I would say he was NOT professional and was NOT prepared.  When I confronted him about these issues he got very defensive, argued with me, and insulted me.  I regret having him come into my home to do this project.
