There was a bit of language (Sp v. Eng) difficulty. A few things could have better, but over all I rate the first service at 85% satisfaction.

My appointment was for 12-1. At 1:15 I had to call to find out were they were and the office had to call them to find out and call me back. They showed up at 3:15.

THE FRIST TIME I USED MOLLY MAIDS THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT NOW THE LAST TEAMS DIDN'T DO A GOOD ENOUGH JOB, WAS TOO FAST AND LEFT DUST ON THE FLOOR, AND DIDN'T CLEAN THE BATHROOM COUNTER SPACE THAT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME. WILL USE MOLLY MAIDS AGAIN WITH DIFFERENT TEAMS, BUT I'M LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT CLEANING CO. WILL SEE HOW THE NEXT TEAM DOES.

Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
The first day, they service was okay. I have had better cleaning with independent contractors. The second day they were scheduled to be at my home between 11 and 2pm. I got a call at 1:37 saying that they will not be showing up because one of their cleaning personnel didn't have an ID (I live on Military Housing). Then at 1:43 I got a second call saying they will try and get another team out hear, but I would have to call to confirm. I did and Molly Maid informed me that they would arrive approximately at 3pm. I am so frustrated, because they are the only company that does cleaning in the high Dessert (Barstow) area.

On that day the ladies showed up I was not very happy with the attitude that they came into the house with.. but i guess being friendly and customer service skills might not be in thier requirements. Other than that I was very happy with thier cleaning skills they were very fast and efficient. i do plan to use this company again in the near future.
