Customer Service was very helpful, and worked with me under the constraints of my not being available at the time of service. They contacted our maintenance manager and worked with him to get this problem repaired. I will certainly call them again for any other problems.

Servicemagic really did lead me to 2 really great local plumbers who own and operate their own business in my area of town. I really enjoyed how quickly they both responded to my initial request for an estimate. Jerry Hearn was the one I picked because I was able to meet with him sooner and his estimate was a bit more moderate than Denny's. I really hit it off with Jerry & his crew. They were professional while still being personable. Jerry explained everything they were doing which I appreciated because I like to learn & it kept the work & day flowing (pun intended since I had no water @ the time). I'd used him anytime & recommend him

Very quick to respond (25 minutes from when I called to when they were at the house). I called them after another contractor said they'd show and didn't. Very professional and nice to interact with. Slightly higher cost than another quote I got, but the speed and service were worth it.

I was very pleased with the service from JL Hearn. I called because of a clogged sewer line and received same day service. JL Hearn pros are very professional, work clean and fast. Not only did they clear my clog but also unclogged my bathtub and fixed my bathtub spout. I couldn't ask for better service. The costs for repairs were very reasonable. I found a plumber service for life!
