With our computer aided drawing system, you have the option of picking from our standard plans or customizing your dream home. Bring us your blueprint, we'll draw it to our standards. With our unique building system, you can move into your new home in 90 - 120 days. That is much sooner than if you were to build your home on-site. Typical on-site stick built homes can take anywhere from 6 months to 18 months to complete. Our homes are built in a controlled environment and once delivered, they are dried in the same day. With an on-site built home, the structure can be subject to many days of rain, snow, and sun before it is dried in. Our complete packages are selling anywhere from $75 - $95 per square foot on your property. On-site built homes are usually built for $125 per square foot or more. Lending institutions appraise our homes the same as on-site built homes. How can you lose? Get a better quality home for thousands of dollars less and move in much sooner.
