Overall, I'm pretty handy but I hesitate when it comes to electric. This is the first time I hired and used electrician and it has been a very positive experience. Overall, the communication has been great and the project has been just about completed since signing the formal contract 2 weeks ago. You will get a fast, competent, to the code job and most important, at a fair cost.  They are accommodating when schedule allows and always professional. I look forward in using JKK for other future projects that I have I planned around my house.

He responded to my request in a very timely manner. He came to my house in a very timely manner. He showed all his certifications in a very organized binder. He explained his charges prior to starting the work. I am very pleased with his work, and would hire him again. Very congenial, professional person.

I had an electrical short and I needed a fix. Joe called me soon after submitting my request through ServiceMagic. He set up a time, and he called to confirm that day. He took the time to explain the issue and proposed several different solutions. He did the work that day, I was happy with the result, and I'd recommend him to others.
