We were amazed at the value we got with Casa Dolce! Of the 3 bids we got, they were the lowest so we were nervous. Also estimated job to be done in half the time of the other bids. Job came in ahead of time and under budget and was almost perfectly done! The craftsmanship was exceptionally good, the job site was cleaned up every night before they left, and the quality was stellar. Few things have had small problems, mostly due to drought and heat, but have all been fixed under the warranty with just a call. We will begin another major reno of our second home in a couple of years and there is no one else to call... Casa Dolce!

Excellent job. Always kept us informed of what was going to happen each day, even if there was going to be any delays. His subcontractors were true craftsmen, did a fantastic job. Would recommend him without hesitation and certainly use him again. We did a kitchen remodel, and it has completely transformed our house!! Joel even met us on his day off to go to granite yards and select our stone. He was also very patient with all of our changes during the process - lighting, tile, etc.

I tend to prefer when a company under-promises and over-delivers, my experience here was the opposite. While Joel was nice enough, the project fulfilled the adage of "over-time and over-budget" and the quality and fit and finish of the work was not anywhere near what I expected from a "professional." Several things seem to have just been done incorrectly or poorly. With warranty inquiries he never responded; later he randomly showed up, fixed some of the items, but not satisfactorily. The whole project was not done in a timely manner. This is my first home and my first experience with a contractor, and the experience has left feeling more DIY

Warranty issues were delayed due to excessive rain in Texas that caused foundation movement. I notified the customer we would be back in the Spring to repair any damage to the foundation. The foundation was not in our contract but I addressed it and many other problems at no cost to him. He researched and requested latex grout, which we installed, but when grout started to crack, I replaced it with standard grout which is what I recommended in the first place. I try very hard to satisfy my customers. I returned to the project many times, but no matter what I did, he was not happy.

We had our kitchen totally remodeled by Casa Dolce. Joel, the owner, was completely honest, reliable, and trustworthy. His tradesman were kind, highly skilled, and always had us, the homeowner, in mind. The first time I met Joel, I told him that I wanted others to walk in to our kitchen and say, "Wow! Who did your kitchen?" That has happened several times already. I would highly recommend Casa Dolce for any remodeling project, and hopefully next year we can use them for out bathroom remodeling. I now consider Joel a friend, and look forward to using his company for future projects.

Joel and his crew were great to work with. They got the remodeling fast and cheerfully. We will call them for our next project, for sure.

Joel and his crew gave me the kitchen of my dreams. They did a terrific job from the custom built cabinets to the flooring and lights. The space in my kitchen was doubled. The crew was very polite and they always made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. He was very patient with us when the appliance store gave us the run around. I would recommend him for any remodel/renevation project.

We loved working with Casa dolce. Joel terrazas is amazing. They do beautiful flawless work. His team is great. He calls you everyday to give you a breakdown of what is going on and is so nice and helpful. He renovated every room in our house and it looks perfect. He got the job done in such a short time and the job was done impeccably. I recommend him for everyone whether small or big job like ours.

Awesome! The experience has simply been phenomenal with Joel from Casa Dolce. He was very fast in coming to see my house and give me an estimate. Then he was able to start 2 or 3 days later. They literally knocked out the work in an incredibly short amount of time. He even came out on Labor Day to make sure part of the job got done the right way. Plus, they are helpful. I am doing some other projects on my own and Joel has given me tips without asking for anything in return.
