JJ Fano Masonry's workers showed up promptly on 5/23 and worked steadily, completing the project in one long day. They replaced a 12' x 5' section of sidewalk, patched the surface of our concrete porch, recaulked the brick edging of the porch, and repaired and reskimcoated the front and sides of the porch. We had requested repointing between 2 bricks on one of the steps, but this was not done. The new sidewalk is fine. The patch on the porch surface failed within a week and the caulking developed cracks. We have spoken with Mr. Fano on many occasions; he promises to return to repair the problems, but to date (7/30) has not.
