Aaron communicated very well during the entire process. He was unable to get the opener that we discussed, but called and upgraded the opener at no additional cost. He showed up on the day and time on which we agreed. Work was done in a professional manner. All systems were tested before he left. He even helped me program my car's Homelink device to open the garage door.

Great customer service & superfast response! Garage door spring broke the night before Thanksgiving, and our cars were trapped. Within 1 minute after I entered my information in ServiceMagic, Joshua from Monstr Development/100% Garage Door Svc called and said that his tech would call to schedule the repair. Aaron called less than 5 minutes later, and we scheduled an appointment for 8am the next day. The repair took 2 hours. Aaron replaced the broken spring, plus a cable and 10 rollers. He was professional and courteous. We are very pleased with their work, especially their fast response. Without them, we would’ve missed Thanksgiving dinner.

Big shout out to Aaron. He was willing to help fix rather than replace the door. He helped stabilize an unabalanced door before given the job to replace it. Well impressed with the prompt reply after requesting a quote through Service Magic. I received a call back within a minute of requesting the quote.

He was on time and worked diligently with all supplies available. He was able to fix up the oddities of our old system and was good at working on the fly.

Service man Aaron was professional and explained options well. He was late arriving through no fault of his and called me to notify me.

Although they were prompt in coming out to fix my garage door that kept popping back up when I would close it, they didn't fix the problem (despite charging me almost $500), and came back only once to try again. Despite several calls that my door was still popping after the second service call, they didn't come back or return calls to fix again. Short end... I'm out $500, my door still isn't fixed and I will have to hire someone else to come out.

In my deffence as the owner of 100% Garage Door Service. I know that the original work done for this this customer was parts replacement on multiple doors. The problem that followed was with the customers garage door opener. We tried adjusting the motor but it was old and needed to be replaced. However the customer refused replacement. After repeated calls and attempts to rectify this misunderstanding we were forced to accept that we would not be able to make this customer happy.

The garage door was installed by a very hard working employee. He did a very good job. I'm very please with the project. Thank you Aaron and Josh!
