Excellent communication fro the office staff to keep me informed on arrival of the repair person. He finished the job in record time and advised me on how to maintain the system.

Limited knowledge of Nutone central vacuum. First they said one motor was burned out, then it was both motors and when it still didn't work they said the relay system had to be changed. It took two weeks to finally get it fixed.

unit was pick up at customer home we do not do in home repair. so unit wasn't thoroughly check customer didn't want to pay for anything so she wanted unit returned order her own parts which took a week we installed them basically for free. help her in every way possible didn't charge her for service 2 visits. customer was very rude and unappreciative. never again will do business

very good service and looked like Jose is an expert.. my issue was simple and he figured out immediately something was stuck in the hose and fixed it. Did check rest of the unit as well since I was paying service charge for the visit.

Our service rep, Jose from J&J Central Vacuum Services, LLC was excellent and did a great job cleaning and unclogging our central vacuum system for our home. I would highly recommend them for this kind of project.
