We have been very pleased with the service & product quality we received from JG Mechanical. They were on time for the job. They were neat & clean. It passed inspection without a hitch. We are getting better airflow from this new furnace & AC coil. They had the best price & the best quality. We would call them again for another HVAC need.

My sister needed to get her boiler replaced as she had been without heat for one week. Of course we had cold weather at the time. John's response was quick and he immediately made an appointment to get an estimate done. He was hired because he was not only a true professional but he is honest and trustworthy. He did a great job installing the new boiler and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others that require the services JG Mechanical offers.

I felt John was very trustworthy. He provided honest answers to questions, even when it meant less work (and money) for him. His prices are very reasonable compared to other companies I got quotes from. John had to reschedule the appointment but let me know in advance. I would definitely recommend this company.

Overall did an excellent job and seems to be high quality work. On completion of the installation there were several bugs to work out and there didn't seem to be any clear plan as to when and how they were going to be resolved, which caused some unnecessary anxiety. For awhile I felt like I was left hanging with a system that wasn't yet working completely in the dead of winter. They could have alleviated a lot of this anxiety with more clear communication as to what the problems were and when and how they planned to resolve them. All of the issues were however eventually resolved and the end product seemed to be very good.
