We hired JFM roofing after another company took our money but did not fix the problem. JFM provided a reasonable estimate, came when they promised and worked in a professional manner. Their guarantee was longer than others offered, too. It has been a few weeks and several hard rains, and so far, so good. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Competent, timely, professional, and reliable. Since the repair was done yesterday, it is too early to tell if the leak was solved. However, I have every expectation that they solved my problem. Marcelino, who is the owner, is a pleasure with which to work.

Marcelino of JFM roofing did an excellent job pointing the bricks on the 3 chimneys of our house. He is the 1st and only person able to really stop the leaks from these faulty chimneys. His work is of the highest calibre. Marcelino is a craftman extrodinaire who takes his time & makes sure that the job gets done right. When he gives you his word, he stands by it. Both he & his helper are highly skilled, honest, & trustworthy professionals who have an incredible work ethic. They were very respectful of us, our property & very sensitive to our concerns. Each day they were always punctual, & left our property neat & clean. I highly recommend JFM

We had a leaky roof for 10 years, he was excellent, no one was able to fix our roof but he did a great job. He is professional, honest, and showed up exactly on schedule. He prided himself on cleaning up after the work was completed and uses quality materials. He even juggled his schedule to accommodate our needs. When he started on our roof he realized that the chimney needed repair as well, so he did the repair for that too. We had a monsoon rain at our house after the work was completed and our roof does not have a single leak. Because of the quality of his work and the quality of his materials we even paid him extra then what he originally asked for.

Marcelino of JFM roofing does quaity work, has a good work ethic & is skilled, professional, honest & sensitive to customers' concerns. Also his prices are reasonable. For us, he did major repairs on 3 chimneys and the areas around them. After the job was done & after having 2 days of torrential rain, we had concerns about water seeping into a wall of the house. We called Marcelino. He responded immediately & pointed out that the percipitation was related to a problem in a small area of the siding. He laid out a plan to correct the additional problem. However, his original work basically held up. He is an excellent and trustworthy roofer.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight

They showed up as promised. Worked professionally and cleaned up after themselves. The owner was present at all times. They saved my sky light when the other contractors were talking about replacing or removing it. It's been about a month and I haven't had a leek. I've also used them for my chimney repointing and flat roof repairs. They also completed these jobs at a very reasonable price. They work with you and allow payment plans as it is very difficult to come up with all the money at once in this current economic time. I will continue to use this company for all my roofing needs. THEY ARE TRULY A+

Overall, was pleasant experience, but takes you to initiate to confirm work will be done, guess rain did not help, just had to wait a dry day to get the work completed. Will know for sure within the coming weeks whther a great job was done or not. From what I see what was discuss, fair rpice quoted was done , so have no regrets there. May try them for other projects that might arise.
