Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
When I listed with service magic that I was looking for someone to install laminate flooring J.E.S. Flooring was the first to respond. We made an appointment for James to give us a price. He took measurements etc. The steps leading into the den of our split -level were in poor condition from the carpet that had been previously installed and on tread was cracked. He said he would send us a proposal by email-this arrived promptly and detailed what he would do along with the cost. I thought the price was very reasonable and called an accepted his offer. He is very customer oriented and took care to explain what all he was going to do.

efficient, clean worker, fast and accurate. Took responsibility for each step of the job. Was also cheerful, very pleasant to be around, and was serious about asking me if I was pleased with the work. I have happily recommended him. He went above and beyond in fixing a couple small things and actually asking if there was anything else he could do for me while he was on site!! He is a find!

James was ALWAYS on time, clean and easy to work with. He Never cut corners, even when the job took longer than expected. Price was great. We will hire him again for future projects!!!

My initial phone call from James was so quick I was still on-line reviewing the options. James & Jean were a joy to work with. They were prompt & professional. Work was done properly and quickly. They were neat and cleaned up each day prior to leaving my home. They did all the little things that were so important to me unlike the people from the big box stores. I have already recommended them to friends.

The work was completed on time and I was asked several times during the project to check on the progress and make sure I was satisified with the quality of the work. Our floor looks great!
