Jim was awesome!. He was right on time, very friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. My 10 year old carpet looks practically new. We were so impressed with him and his products that he is coming back this Saturday to clean the grout in our kitchen and bathroom. I have no doubts we will be just as happy with the outcome of this job. I would reddommend him to anyone I know.

The owner / carpet cleaner came out within 24 hours with his truck; gave us a competitive quote and did a super job cleaning our carpets. We had stains that had been in the carpets for years and he worked on them until they were nearly invisible - far exceeding our expectations.

Jim, the owner, arrived on time, gave a detailed explaination of his process, confirmed the measurements then went to work! I was under time constraints to have carpets cleaned because of the end of a lease. Jim called me back within minutes, rearranged his schedules and took care of me. At no time did he try to oversell or overprice. The work he performed was excellent. He explained in detail what he intended to do and what he might not be able to do. He was true to his word. The carpet looks brand new. Not only would I use JEJ again, I will not use anyone else. This is a class act.

Jim from JEJ Masterclean, Inc. is great. He prompltly returned my inquiry for a quote and was very professional and customer orientated. He was able to work with my schedule on a last minute basis and do the carpet cleaning on my day off from work. I had several pet stains as well that Jim was able to get out with no problem. He even called the next day to check on how the carpet was drying and ensure I was satisified with his services. I have worked in customer service before and can wholeheartedly say that Jim goes the extra mile to provide you with quality carpet cleaning at a reasonable price. He is also honest.- no gimicks or cons!
