Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We used John for a powder room remodel, it turned out Beautifully! He assisted in purchasing some of the items (faucet, custom cabinet, mirror...) pricing was very good. Remodel was very reasonable & completed in a short amount of time. We are very happy with his work. The only thing to note is that we contacted him several times to come back & fix a paint spot on the wall and look at another project we wanted to have done, that he was going to orginally look at while he was doing powder room, and although he said he would come back out we never heard from and fixed spot ourselves.

John was professional, on time, did very careful and thorough work and was finished with the project on time. He also kept the work area clean and uncluttered. Mr. Dailey was thourough in his explanation and listed all expectations on his proposal for the work. Work progressed efficiently and as promised. All work areas were cleaned of residue. Mr. Dailey is very personable, portrays confidence and trust, and is easy to work with.

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
John's initial work on the ice dam repairs to our home's interior were done with such care and such a reasonable price, we added a lot more work all of which was done at a high level of quality. Once we figure out how we are going to redo another room, he'll be back in here to complete that.

job hired fro ot repaired sufficiently or completely. wouldn't fix properly saying more problems exist want those done before will provide actual fix. original problem still exists.
