Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Generally a pretty good job. The work was relatively clean and everything works as it should. However, I did have a couple of problems with the work. Firstly, from start to finish, the project took over a month. Originally, it was estimated at 3-5 days. Secondly, a lot of the finish work wasn't very tidy. Pipes that should have been strapped weren't strapped, other (plastic ties) broke off, and pipes that were cut in order to reroute pipes were left dangling instead of cutting them back to the source. More than anything, Jay always seemed to have a reason for not getting back to me or arriving at a time other than the time he promised.

Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
The contractor was very professional and did a nice job on the installation. He recommended a few improvements and debugged a problem with the initial start up of the system. I strongly recommend this contractor.

Needed 2 faucets installed. Jay came on a sunday; didn't charge us extra; was very neat and professional. Would have him back for other projects. Price was cheaper than other quotes.

I contacted Jay for an estimate to repair a leaking pipe. He arrived when he said he would to assess the repair. As it was a simple repair - tighten a pipe - he repaired it on the spot and then notified me. I was selling my mom's house and this was a repair identified by the home inspection. Jay was wonderful, understanding, and patient in finalizing the service call.
