Well, Shane, the actual worker was there when he said he would be. Anything that he was in question about, he contacted his boss, who in turn contacted me, at work. There was never a lack of communication between us. Shane is an excellent  and knowledgeable worker. I am very happy with my new bathroom. He had to tear out tile and stucco !! Yuck !! Now I just like to darn near stay in my bathroom a lot when I get home from work !! I love it !!  Valerie Cash
