I was amazed with the speed, quality, and cooperation of JDV Associates.  I had the property rehabbed after a tree fell on the house.  The house had been neglected for almost forty years.  JDV supplied all the services needed from roofing, framing, landscaping, painting......The whole nine yards.   The property is now the pride of the neighborhood.   Jim is eager to please and satisfy his customer and will work with you to accomplish what is needed within the budgetary restraints.   JDV went over and above what was required and no detail was overlooked in accomplishing our goal.  I recommend his services most highly. <br /> <br />Pat C. in Simi Valley

Jim and his men were very professional.  We were building a fence along a line we shared with our very difficult neighbors.  JDV was able to advise us on the types and styles of fences.  They provided a couple of estimates and hung in there with us while we figured out exactly what we wanted.  One reason we went with JDV was because of their professional demeanor, we knew they would be able to deal with our neighbors.  This fence was the result of five years of property disputes and a year long legal proceeding.  Having some one we knew could be firm, yet pleasant in dealing with our neighbors, was important to us.  JDV put the fence and partial wall up in a timely manner.  They dealt with a very difficult neighbor professionally, without being manipulated or intimidated and without making a difficult situation worse. We felt the budgeting process was open and fair.  Jim made adjustments in the estimate that reflected the changes we wanted and he did in an open and fair manner.  The end product is strong and beautiful.  It provides the security and privacy we wanted.   JDV and Assoc. was always pleasant, honest and helpful.  The work was done quickly by really nice guys.  These guys are great.
