JD called me the day I submitted the request on servicemagic, and was out the next day for an estimate. His was the second estimate I had on my roof repair, and was significantly lower than the first guy. In addition, he was much more knowledgable and didn't try to sell me on work I didn't need. He and his son completed the repairs promptly and well to my satisfaction. I highly recommend!
