The new windows look great and function well. This project was also done at an incredible price. The only issue I had was the installation took longer than expected and there were several issues that required multiple follow ups to resolve.

We elected to go with JDI Windows and elected Alside for our window & doors. Both JDI & Alside were very responsive to all my questions & concerns. Price & product were a large consideration, but service was also very important. When evaluating companies, we tried to look at all aspects. To feel comfortable with our decision we met the installation manager at JDI and the Alside plant manager. We were very impressed with the JDI installation team, Alside products, plant manager and warranty on parts & labor. We are very happy with our decision to chose JDI. We had high expectations regarding installation & product and they were met.

I met with Rex from JDI. He was very knowledgeable, and patient while I asked him lots of questions. I was very happy with the payment options and ended up with an out of this world deal. When Lee came to measure he was also very nice and answered other questions I had. His son even helped me move a heavy headboard from the basement to the second floor. My daughter ended up with the stomach flu the day of install, they were quiet and respectful working around the master all day and did it last. So far 1 week in I love them. No more drafts, their is no heat or cold radiation that I can tell. THANKS GUYS!

Rex was great to work with. He understood our concerns and was willing to do what it took to ensure all our questions were full answered. We are thrilled with the new windows and doors. They have exceeded our expectations! Lee and his guys have done an outstanding job on the installation and keep me up to date on the whole process. One of our biggest concerns was how the windows would look on our 1890 Victorian. They look GREAT! You cannot tell they are replacement windows without looking closely at them on the outside. They look equally appropriate from the interior. Consider us their number one reference. We'll use them again.

There's no quality control. If there are damaged parts on their windows they just go ahead and put them in anyway. If you don't call them to find out when your replacement parts are in, they won't call you until they get ready.

We had done own measurements of windows, he did not confirm them nor did he check to see if it was 2x4 or 2x6 construction. So we got 2x4 windows for a 2x6 house which we ended up having to pay for the extentions. Not very impressed with overall sale.
