They contacted me immediately. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and arrived right on time. The serviceman immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. The price was exactly what I was quoted--and it was fair and reasonable. I would be pleased to work with them again

They came when we needed them. Little wait time. Assessed the problem and told us the solution \, at which point we accepted their offer and they came the next day and installed our present new Inter-tel system/instruments. While installing the equipment they came aware of additional problems, but did not stop installing. Once they were finished they discussed what further they needed to do to assure a safe and usable system. Our owner has been or will be in contact with them to discuss further correction and safety issues.
