I took a chair into the shop and had them come out to repair a couch both of which my dog had chewed on. They did a great job and were flexible with the house call. Overall I'm very satisfied with their work and customer service.

The company did a very nice job rehabbing my Eames style shair- It took quite a few months to complete because of a parts availability issue- but the chair turned out vary well
