Carlos called right away once I submitted my request on Service Magic.  We were looking to replace 7 basement windows. Carlos gave us a very fair price.  He was no pressure, Once we had decided to got with JC & Sons Carlos came back the following day to measure the windows.  The windows took about a week to come in and they were installed in one day.  They were brown aluminum windows.  The guys removed the old windows replaced any damaged wood in the frame, insulated and siliconed the frame and capped everything with matching aluminum.  I am very pleased with the windows.
