John and his crew did a great job. They came to "fix" and finish a job that my friend started on my retaining wall and messed up. I am very pleased with their work and it looks awesome! Will definitely use JCR again.

The finished product was absolutely beautiful! The process however was longer than expected, the communication was not clear. We played phone tag delaying the process about a week and a half. Once they were here they did not have all the materials adding an extra day to the project. However, they did a great job and I would recommend to anyone who does not have a tight schedule.

Melissa was a nice customer to work with. Process was delayed because JCR waited for them to call us to confirm that there HOA had approved the work. I finally called them to follow-up, and they told me it was approved. Work started immediately after that. Also, paver patio took one day to complete, and we had to come back the 2nd day to install plants, mulch, & re-locate storm drain at no additional cost to the customer. We feel the time it took to complete this product was completed in a very timely manner.

John called me with in a few hours and set up a time the next day to look at what I needed done. He showed up on time gave me a bery good estimate. John told me they could do the work in 4 to 5 hours and the could do it on the up coming friday. They did a great job, on time , cleaned up after, I would highly recommend JCR Landscape Services.

The job was to remove four old Juniper bushes, clean up the area, and plant new Boxwoods in their place. Yeah, the old bushes were removed and the new bushes planted but the surrounding area was not cleaned up. My husband and I had to rake the area and pickup pieces of root, rock, and weeds. The job was sloppily done. I will say that the new plants were very nice quality. This was the first time that I hired a landscaper and I guess I expected more for the money.

I am surprised by this review since we did not recieve a call back regarding the owners concerns. If he or she would have called us back, we would have been at there doorstep the next morning addressing any issues. We strive to exceed all customer expectations, and I wish we would have had a chance to correct the issue, if there was any at all.

They are very responsive and prompt when scheduled for an appointment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
