JC Landscaping and Design was the perfect choice. Not only was the customer service great, but I got to work directly with the owner. He showed me what my landscape design would look like before he even got to work. I get nothing but compliments from my family and friends. Thinking about doing the backyard too. I will definitely use them again.

Our experience was outstanding. Joe really listened to what we were looking for and designed our landscaping to really meet our needs. He and his team are extremely professional. My calls were always returned and they showed up to work on the specific dates committed. Joe went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. We often get compliments on our landscaping. I would recommend JC Landscaping with no reservations.

An excellent job was done. Everyone has such nice things to say about it as they go by. However, I am still waiting for him the return to grind the stump they left exposed and to reseed the grass area. He returned and removed the stump that was left exposed. Many of the plantings look as if they have died, don't know if this is bad plants or the very bad weather we have been having. I guess I will see come this spring when things grow back.

Never delivered what was promised. He promised me a price and photo and I never received it. I called him several times and still no reply. His secty keeps telling me every week he will get it to me but never does.
