Contracted with JCC for a sidewalk replacement. Quality is NOT Job 1 with JCC!  It's more like "how fast can we do this work and get out of here".  Had to provide them some materials they should clearly have brought with them.  After full payment, they never responded to repeated requests to return for final cleanup until ServiceMagic got involved.  Not recommended, and would not use again. <br />

IT WAS AGREED THAT AFTER 30 DAYS I WOULD CALL JCC TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO RETURN TO THE JOB SITE TO SEAL THE  AREAS (CONCRETE) THAT REQUIRE WATERPROOFING. MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY CALLS OR EMAIL REQUESTING A NEW DATE TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THIS BEING THE CASE, I WANT TO AMMEND MY LAST REVIEW TO REFLECT THEIR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
