Brent is helpful in making recommendation. However, the project is to look at the structural of the house which he was only look and evaluate from his eyesight and knowledge. I was expecting more technical skills from him :(

The inspection went good and the report was factual. However, I waited two weeks for a report and when I contacted Brent, he said he thought he had sent the report. He sent the report but it was addressed to someone named Jerome. He sent another report correctly addressed.
