Responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable, Jack quickly helped me with a tough wiring problem. He took practically no time to trouble shoot. When a minor problem ocurred a few days after he left, Jack talked me through the issues and promised to return if it came back---it didn't. All in all, J.B. Ellis was an excellent experience

A ++++++ Jack Ellis is a true professional. He is honest and hard working and will tell you what you need straight up. He showed up right on time, dressed like a pro with an assistant. They worked the exact hours he quoted. Stayed on budget. And my home theater looks amazing. Thank you Jack! A+++++++++
