I was so impressed. I chose JB because of the great reviews he received and now I know they were true. I liked the fact that I received prompt attention and he called to reconfirm the appointment earlier the morning of the cleaning. His prices are great. I'll defiantly call again. Thank JB !

JB was on time, friendly, and very professional. He did a great job! All the stains & spots were gone & may carpets looked great. I had to go back to work & he locked the door on his way out when he was done. I will definately use JB Carpet & Upholstery Care again.

JB was prompt and curteous. Our carpets were very dirty and he did an excellent job cleaning them. Did not complain about having to move stuff.
