Johnnie was very responsive and provided a great solution for what we needed to have clean and healthy water in our home. He did not try and sell us things that we did not need, and installed everything in a timely manner.

Like many ServiceMagic pros, called quickly and came right away. Seemed to do good work, but changed the price without explanation and was most interested in selling me a WaterMax system. Also said he would maintain our current system, then reneged after I turned down the WaterMax. Next time I'll look for someone less expensive who doesn't sell filtration/softening systems--just does plumbing.

Johnnie was very informative and educated me about water systems so that I could make an informed choice regardless of which company I chose. He went above and beyond in many ways. It is so encouraging to have this kind of experience in a time where nobody seems to take pride in their work or do anything more than the minimum requirements. I am so glad that I chose him and the system he recommended.

5 stars on service , quality , budget, communication, honesty ... on everything you expect from a contractor. He showed up at 7AM , started digging for plumping himself , finished the job at 1PM , clean up everything , even saved and put the mulch back on my yard. Make sure to stock some diet/sugar-free sodas to offer him , it's hot outside

I was called back immediately & he came out later in the same day to do the service work. He went through the whole system very thorougly & had things back up & running in a couple of hours. I am glad there is a Hague distributor in the area once again. I was very satisfied with the knowledge & service he presented & will certainly call again if I have any problem in the future.
