After having a less than ideal and costly experience with another AC Company, we were in need of an honest, affordable solution to our issues. J & R came in and gave us an upfront quote that they held too, and ended up finding a faster, cheaper solution to our issue then they had originally anticipated. We are now planning to have them back every year to do routine maintenance. Great service, honest answers, and took the time to explain what our issue was. We strongly recommend!

My water heater was leaking all over the floor, Nicole got Patrick out right away and yes I needed a new one. Eddie showed up an hour later with one they had to get from their supplier (it was a low boy an uncommon size) and installed it.

They responded quickly to our call and replaced our water heaters the very mext morning, They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up everyhing! When I arrived home later that day, I noticed some more water and they came immediately and rectified the problem. I was very satisfied with their performance..
