The representatives showed up as scheduled and did a good job.  However, I was confused as they did not seem to have all the right products and equipment with them.  They asked for plastic glasses (not sure why), wood floor cleaning product, and used my papertowels and vacuum cleaner to perform the services.  With other companies I have used, I was not required to provide cleaning products or equipment.
