The person was extremely honest telling me that my appliance was not worth fixing. he understood my economic situation as well and told me not to waste time, that I was going to lose that fridge. He even suggested brands that would be suitable to my needs. He arrived exactly at the time he told me he would and charge me a reasonable rate coming in an emergency basis.

J & K Services telephoned, told him the problem. He gave instructions on how to check the timer and advised us since the dishwasher was 5 years old and the timer was bad, it would be to our benefit to buy a new one instead of repair.

Excellent. I have several rental properties and will be using him in the future. His rates are reasonable. He is professional, dependable and returns phone calls promptly. It is very difficult to find a good service person in this area so I am thrilled I have found him.

Great quick service! Submitted email request, recieved contact information and before I could call him, hwe called me! During phone consultation, he reviewed my problem and concerns and gave excellent advice as to how to resolve it quickly as well as options for him to make house call and repair. With a 10 year old dryer, after talking to Mr. Bouknight and following his suggestions for "quick easy DIY repair, I decided to spring for a new dryer.
