The technician came in, checked the system, replaced the backup battery for $90 and the system worked for 2 days. Then the system went back into the same problem and even stop all together. This may not be the fault of the technician but I hired another security repairman and after checking, decided the control board was dead and need to be replaced.I Have not decided what to do next.
