J&J Cleaning was always professional, timley and attentative to my needs.

We did an intial cleaning with J & J decided to work with them over the next few weeks. It was a detail cleaning but not as detailed as we. The house looks wonderful. There were a few things that we assumed were included in the detailed cleaning that were not but we think that over the course of the next 5 weeks that we will work out a groove and everything will be perfect. My wife was really happy with the service. The things that I thought should have been covered in a DETAIL cleaning were the windows, the hardwood flooring in the master was not mopped, under furniture in the family room, we were misinformed about a couple of things. They were supposed to do a "move out" cleaning. They did not wipe off base boards or window sills, in many cases I was able to get the dust and dirt off with a dry rag so I know they didn't touch them. The floors were mopped but looked like the mop wasn't cleaned because the wood floors had streaks on them. There was some sticky residue on the stairs from the movers and the cleaning people didn't try to get it up and just wiped over it and left it there. We had to go back and clean the house ourselves after paying $410 for them to do it!! I was not happy at all.

As I always mention to my clients, J&J Cleaning likes 100% customer satisfaction. During this cleaning the client Mom was present the entire time. I ask her to check and let us know if there are any things she would like us to re-do. Before we left I ask her to please check before we leave. She inform me that everything was OK. J&J Cleaning also have a policy that the client has 24hrs to call if unhappy with anything and we will return without any additional charge. I am sorry that she did not give me a call.

Put away stuff nicely; forgot to clean windows and blinds.
