Project: Install a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
John and his team did a great job on installing my sprinkler system. The soil around here is tough (mostly clay and rock) but they did a great job and cleaned up nicely. John made sure I understood the system and showed me everything before cleaning up around the property. His employees are all nice and fun to chat with. Thanks guys for a job well done! (I've already recommended him to a couple neighbors)

Project: Install Sod
Very flexible in scheduling around another contractor, quick, and left the surrounding area clean after the project was complete. Only a little bit of a delay responding with a secondary bid for additional work, but I threw a curve ball so not all their fault. Very happy with the results!

They do fantastic work! I am a huge communicator (like to be constantly informed), possibly a negative on my part, so the only thing I was not completely satisfied with was the communication level.

I would highly recommend Irrigation Services. John Arnold and his associates are knowledgeable, prompt and thorough in their work. My system was installed in two days and works wonderfully. John goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

I'm hoping things will look better over time but I'm very disappointed in the way my lawn looks now. The sod was laid unevenly, i.e., it is lower or higher than the existing lawn in many places, making for a very unlevel surface. The sod pieces don't align tightly in several places. Weather conditions were not good when the work was being done, so it took a long time to finish the job. They didn't order enough sod and that also delayed a timely completion of the project. One section that was supposed to be sodded was not covered. John Arnold (owner) was always responsive to my calls and concerns but the end product is disappointing.
